Many of our patients are referred to us from their family dentists and specialists because of the complexity of their needs and treatments. Often patients have challenging dental problems which require accurate diagnosis, an understanding by both the practitioners and the patient of what is faulty and what is possible to make a correction. Dr. Warpeha has been healing mouths and people for 40 years. He is an expert at seeing cause and effect, at uncovering long term complications, at looking at the whole mouth and understanding function and dysfunction.
With concern for the patient’s best interest, some patients will remain in our clinic for treatment while others will be referred back to their personal dentist. Dr. Warpeha always makes a personal professional contact discussing with the referring dentist his findings and recommendations.

At a recent staff meeting, our team was given the task of defining what makes this prosthodontic practice unique. Though it was a daunting task, everyone was enthusiastic and the brainstorming began. Why the enthusiasm? Because each person on our staff has a passion for serving others through their special talents. Their work in dentistry is really an extension of their lifestyle outside the work world.
Caring for the dental needs of each patient continues to be a very challenging task interrelated with heavy stressors in life; finances, contagious diseases, complications of medications, diseases of aging, the list goes on. We take pride in that each staff person comes with excellent training in his/her respective careers. They know that in this fast paced era they must continue their education by reading, attending dental programs and even huddling in the office to reflect on each patient’s challenges. The challenges and difficulties of diagnosing, treating, and maintaining dentistry in each patient provide fuel for our staff’s passion for healing, for finding tolerable solutions, for finding practical and cost effective procedures that will last a long, long time.
That said, it is a truth that every person working in our office wants to do what they are doing and work where they are working. It shows! Dentists and patients tell us that they have complete confidence that anyone they refer to our office will be treated well, will have advanced treatment and will come away healthier.
